Outrage

As a people we have ceded too much of our authority to others. It is a dangerous part of our nature that has us not paying attention to what others are doing because we think something is already “handled” or “taken care of.” Because it is easier to live among others instead of truly going alone, we’ve allowed bureaucracies to develop without sufficient public oversight.

In this story at offthegridnews.com, a newborn was handed over to authorities because she was born at home and the parents were not willing to cooperate concerning testing and immunizations.

Well, the nanny, it’s bureaucrats and their mainstream media collaborators don’t think you’re capable of taking care of your children. In fact, for some, they’re not even yours.

But don’t listen to me. I’m just a conspiracy nut. The dots aren’t connected. Go back to sleep.

An copy of the Bible in Aramaic

I’ll add more to the list as I think of them.

Return to Prepping…Someday

I got way off track a few years ago and because of the layoff and its aftermath I have not been prepping. My goal is to return to it one of these days. I hope the worst case scenario hasn’t happened by then. But, who knows. I am going to start putting aside silver again. I think my budget will allow for one or two ounces a month. So my goal for 1 June, 2015 is to have 25 ounces on hand. We’ll see how that goes.

Issues that I’ve written about on my blog at clutterstruck.com have gotten in the way of my being able to do anything else towards preparedness. Right now, things are a bit tight at the alien hideout.
