My first attempt at Bún chả giò, a Vietnamese dish with vermicelli and spring rolls. I used spaghetti since I didn’t have vermicelli and didn’t pick up any at the store this morning. It turned out okay. I’ll need to fine tune a few things and it won’t be an exact match since I am not using iceberg lettuce.
